“Anthony Hawkins was very detailed in debugging the problems with the new Carrier humidifier on my new Carrier furnace. From previous service calls, the humidifier was wired incorrectly during original furnace/humidifier installation, for which the other ABC technicians never found this problem. 

Following, the humidifier was not working at all. Anthony found that the solenoid was activating, but there was no water flow. After cleaning the water line, still no water flow. He then replaced the solenoid, with a new "non-Carrier-compatible" solenoid, and the solenoid worked, with good water flow. 

After he tuned the system, the humidifier is working quite well. He was originally told that the least replaceable unit was the filter assembly, or even a replacement Carrier humidifier. To the contrary, Anthony was able to create a hybrid connection with a different solenoid from his parts supply. Going forward, I will always request Anthony Hawkins to be the ABC service technician I want to be present during my future HVAC service calls.”
