This weekend, you can learn how to take your grilling to the next level with a few tips and tricks from renowned chef, Christy Meyer.

That includes things like burgers, hot dogs, and pasta salads, but there will be times when you really want to impress your guests. We’re talking smoke baby back ribs, buttermilk coleslaw, and grilled red potato salad—is your mouth watering yet?

Students of the class will learn the following recipes and skills:
- Smoked Brown Sugar Baby Back Ribs
- Buttermilk Coleslaw with Lemon & Herbs
- Grilled Red Potato Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette
- Strawberry Basil Shortcake with Whipped Cream
Skills covered in this class include: making glazes and vinaigrettes from scratch; working with and grilling ribs, understanding meat temperature; flavoring coleslaw; working with fresh herbs; grilling vegetables for salad; making whipped cream from scratch.
The class takes place from 3:00pm – 6:00pm at 2142 North Halsted Street, Chicago, IL and tickets cost $80 per person.
