You can also plan outings to air conditioned buildings like the local library or the movie theater and this is a wonderful way to socialize with the members of your community.
A few other ways to keep your home cool this summer include changing your light bulbs to LEDs if you haven’t done so already and using fans inside your home. Incandescent bulbs produce a lot of heat while LEDs don’t, so switching them in rooms where you spend the most time can help make an impact. Have ceiling fans in your living room or bedroom?
