When your technician arrives in one of our signature green trucks, he will park in a spot that doesn’t interfere with people coming or leaving your home. Upon greeting you, he will put on protective shoe covers to ensure not to track dirt or debris into your home. Once the technician has taken the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, he will walk you through your options, letting you decide the best solution that suits you and your family. We offer upfront pricing, which means you know the exact cost to you and there are never any hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you pay and not a penny more.
As the technician performs the work, he will frequently check in with you to explain what he is doing and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have at the time. We want you to be to be educated about your home’s equipment. After all, your home is your investment.
Once the technician has completed the work, he will go over everything that he did and answer any questions you may have. You may also take this time to have him look at anything else in your home that might be of concern. Soon after the technician has left your home, you will receive a Thank You email and be given the chance to provide any feedback you wish to share with us. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, we will do our best to rectify your concern.
