ABC is always looking for ways to assist in our local community. Just recently, we donated $1,000 to a Chicago-area organization, the WGN Radio 720 Neediest Kids Fund to give to children living in poverty. Our donation helps to fund meal programs, academic incentives and achievement programs, job training, mentoring and community leadership.

Here at ABC, we are proud of the various awards, recognitions and certifications we have received over the years. A list of those awards includes the following:

• Nexstar’s Top 20 Service Companies in the nation for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Nexstar is an international best practices organization that bases its awards on customer service, employee satisfaction and corporate stability. Each category is judged by an independent third party and then measured against performance of other companies nationwide.

• Carrier Factor Authorized Dealer. Carrier authorization is given only to those companies who meet the highest standards of scrutiny for technical expertise, business practices and customer service quality. To be considered, at least one member of a company’s team must be NATE (North American Technician Excellence)-certified, a leading certification program for technicians in our industry.

• Member of the Better Business Bureau. Only companies with outstanding customer service records can bear this distinction

• Life Changers Club: ABC was recently inducted into the Life Changers Club for its work with contractors across the country. In 2006, ABC volunteered time to mentor contractors throughout the country. ABC became a model for teaching contractors customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial stability.
